At AVEN Perfumes, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality fragrances that meet their expectations. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a product may not meet your needs or preferences. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience, we have implemented a comprehensive Refund & Exchange Policy. Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the product within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different fragrance, we are happy to assist you. You can exchange the product within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Returns

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

All sale items are final purchases.
