These Terms of Service govern your use of avenperfumes.com and purchases made through our website. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

AVEN Perfumes (“AVEN”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a fragrance business based in Lahore, Pakistan.

1. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order on your behalf.

You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, delivery and payment information, and confirm that you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.

2. Our Products

We sell eau de parfum fragrances. We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, fragrance notes and images. However, screen settings may affect how colours appear, and minor packaging variations may occur between production runs.

Fragrance longevity and projection vary depending on skin type, application, storage and environmental conditions. Any performance descriptions are general guidance rather than guaranteed results for every individual.

This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or materially different from its description.

3. Fragrance Inspiration and Trademarks

Some AVEN fragrances are inspired by well-known fragrance profiles. References to third-party fragrances or brands are provided to help describe their scent character.

AVEN products are independently produced and sold under our own name and packaging. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by or sponsored by the brands referenced.

All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our fragrances are not represented as original products of those brands.

4. Prices and Charges

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Product prices may change, but changes do not affect orders already accepted.

Applicable delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. International customs duties and import charges are addressed in our Shipping Policy.

If a pricing or product information error affects your order, we will contact you. Where necessary, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment received. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.

Before dispatch, we may decline or cancel an order because:

  • A product is unavailable.

  • A material pricing or description error has occurred.

  • We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised payment.

  • We cannot deliver to the address provided.

If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled items and any associated delivery charges.

We may apply reasonable purchase quantity limits, which will be communicated where relevant.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Online payments are processed through our payment providers.

We do not store your full payment card number or security code. You must provide valid payment information and be authorised to use the selected payment method.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery availability, estimated timeframes, shipping charges and tracking information are explained in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, please contact us for assistance.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Our Refund and Return Policy explains eligibility, return procedures, exchanges and refunds and forms part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights available to you.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, including our branding, photographs, text, graphics and design, is owned by AVEN Perfumes or used with permission, except where third-party ownership is identified.

You may browse the website and share links for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially use our protected content without written permission, except where permitted by law.

10. Acceptable Use

You must not use the website to:

  • Violate applicable laws or another person’s rights.

  • Submit fraudulent or deliberately misleading information.

  • Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code.

  • Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.

  • Collect personal information or copy website data in bulk without authorisation.

  • Disrupt the website’s security or operation.

You remain responsible for reviews, photographs, comments and other content you submit. You must own the content or have permission to share it.

Private support messages are not treated as public submissions. Any use of personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may remove submissions that are unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringe another person’s rights or contain unrelated promotional material.

Our fragrances are for external use only. Follow the instructions and warnings supplied with each product. Keep away from eyes, flames and direct heat, and keep out of reach of children.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Product safety information does not exclude responsibility for defective products or affect your legal rights.

14. Liability

We remain responsible for obligations and liabilities imposed by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, defective products, or any other matter where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from purchases made for personal use.

15. Misuse of the Website

You are responsible for your unlawful use of the website and content you submit.

Where permitted by law, we may seek recovery of reasonable, proven losses directly caused by your deliberate unlawful conduct or material breach of these terms. This does not require you to cover losses caused by our own conduct.

Changes apply to future website use and orders. Orders already accepted remain subject to the terms in effect when they were placed, unless a change is required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws and applicable jurisdiction rules, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan. Nothing in this clause removes your right to use a consumer court or another forum available under applicable law.
