AVEN is a perfume house founded in Lahore in 2024. We make eau de parfum for men, for women and for anyone who doesn't want to be asked which, and we sell only through this site — so what you pay for is the fragrance, not the shop it would otherwise have sat in.

No, and we have never claimed they are. Several of our fragrances are inspired by well known designer scents, and we say which ones in the product description, because that is genuinely useful when you are buying something you cannot smell first. What arrives is an AVEN fragrance, in an AVEN bottle, made to our own formula. We do not sell counterfeits and we do not put anybody else's name on our packaging.

Every AVEN bottle is eau de parfum — a step up in concentration from eau de toilette, which is why ours hold longer than most at this price. Expect most of a working day, with the heavier amber and oud fragrances lasting the longest and the fresh citrus ones the shortest. Skin chemistry genuinely matters here: dry skin releases fragrance faster, so if scent tends to vanish on you, moisturise before you spray.

Start with the scent family rather than the name. Every product page lists the top, heart and base notes and what the fragrance is actually suited to — office, evening, wedding, everyday. If you are still torn, tell us what you wear now and where you wear it, and we will recommend two bottles rather than sending you back to browse the whole shop.

Spray onto skin rather than into the air, at the pulse points — wrists, the base of the neck, behind the ears. Do not rub your wrists together; it crushes the top notes and shortens the life of the whole fragrance. One or two sprays on clothing will hold far longer than on skin, which is worth knowing for a long evening.

Your order is packed and handed to the courier within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday go out the next working day. Delivery within Pakistan normally takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your city, and remote areas can take a little longer.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us, and you can follow it from the Track Order page. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start showing movement, so give it a working day before worrying.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown in full before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards. Every bottle is wrapped individually and boxed with padding, because glass and couriers do not always get along.

Yes, to selected countries. Add an item to your cart and enter your address at checkout — if we deliver to you, a shipping option will appear with the cost. International delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days, though customs clearance can add to that and is not something we can influence.

Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are payable by you on arrival. They are set by your government rather than by us, so we have no way to calculate or collect them in advance.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Checkout runs over industry standard SSL encryption and your card details go straight to our payment processor — we never see or store them ourselves.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. It goes only to the people who need it to get your order to you: our payment provider, our courier, and the platform that runs the store. Our Privacy Policy sets all of that out in detail.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the bottle is unopened and unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Fragrance is a personal care product, so once a bottle has been sprayed we cannot resell it and cannot take it back.

Email support@avenperfumes.com with your order number first and wait for us to confirm — we will send you the return address. Please do not post anything back before that, because an unannounced parcel cannot be matched to your order. Once we have received and checked the item, your refund goes to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Change-of-mind return postage is yours to pay. Only items explicitly marked FINAL SALE on the product page are excluded from this.

Then it is our problem, not yours. Email support@avenperfumes.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the damage and the packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full, including all postage, and arrange collection at our cost. You will never be asked to pay to return something that was wrong when it reached you.

Contact us as quickly as you can, because we dispatch within 24 hours. If the parcel has not yet been handed to the courier we will cancel or amend it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, the return process above applies instead.

Do check your delivery address before paying — once a parcel is with the courier we often cannot change where it is going, and redelivery after a failed attempt is charged to the customer.
