- Delivery charges. Free on orders above Rs. 6,000. Below that, a flat Rs. ___ per order, shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment. Cash on Delivery, or debit/credit card at checkout.
- Order confirmation. We'll call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before it ships.
- Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it in full, including postage.
- Returns. Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once a bottle has been sprayed, we can't take it back. Full details in our Refund Policy.
- Spray on pulse points: wrists, neck and behind the ears. These spots are warm, which helps the scent spread.
- Don’t rub your wrists together. It breaks down the top notes faster.
- Spray on clothes too. Fabric holds scent longer than skin, especially in hot weather.
- Apply after a shower, on clean, moisturised skin. An unscented lotion underneath helps it last longer.
- Start with 3–4 sprays, then adjust. A 60ml bottle gives you plenty to work with.
- Store it away from heat and sunlight, not in the car or on a windowsill.
